A Builder-Led Team With
Deep Roots in Central Texas

we were built on a foundation that goes back generations in the pool trade. Tyler Townsend grew up in a third-generation pool-building family and has spent 20 years carrying that hands-on knowledge forward on Central Texas job sites. Danton Townsend brings 40 years of second-generation building experience earned through decades of field work, not theory while Cody Little adds 20 years focused on operations and keeping projects coordinated from start to finish. Together, their backgrounds shaped a company rooted in craftsmanship, consistency, and a local understanding of how pools need to be built for Hill Country homes.

Let’s Map Out Your Backyard Plan and Next Steps

If a fiberglass pool is on your wish list, we’ll help you move from inspiration to a plan that actually fits your yard. That means looking at access, placement, and how you want to use the space, then laying out the next steps in plain language with no sales pressure. With deep, hands-on experience guiding the details, you get practical recommendations, realistic expectations, and a project approach designed to avoid the common missteps that can cost time and money.

What You Can Expect When You Work With Us

Choosing a pool builder is easier when you know what the working relationship will feel like. These sections break down how we serve Central Texas homeowners where projects typically happen, how we keep builds coordinated, what we focus on during installation, and the support you’ll have after the pool is complete.

  • Most of our work is centered in the Hill Country corridor, with New Braunfels as a common starting point and regular projects in surrounding communities like San Marcos, Canyon Lake, Wimberley, Dripping Springs, and San Antonio. We’re familiar with the practical realities that come with these areas—tight side yards, elevation changes, rocky ground, and the kind of planning it takes to keep access and staging from becoming a headache.

  • Our process is designed to reduce “start-stop” construction. We begin with a site-specific plan, then move through scheduling, excavation, base preparation, set day, plumbing coordination, and the details that make everything feel finished. You’ll know what phase you’re in, what’s coming next, and what we need from you—so the project stays predictable even when the job site throws the occasional curveball.

  • Fiberglass pools reward precision, and that’s where we focus: proper preparation, correct placement, clean plumbing runs, and alignment that looks intentional from every angle. We install Latham fiberglass pools with an eye for the “invisible” details that protect performance long-term—because the parts you don’t notice at first are often the ones that determine how happy you are years later.

  • A new pool comes with new questions, especially in the first weeks of ownership. We make sure you understand your equipment, your startup basics, and what to watch for as you settle into a routine. If you need guidance after the build, you’re not calling a stranger—you’re reaching the same team that helped bring the project to life.
